Cescon Barrieu advises on Gavea Sul FIDC quota offer

Cescon Barrieu advised the fund Gavea Sul Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Multissetorial LP, M8 Partners Gestora de Recursos — acting as manager of the Fund — and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira on the primary public offering of 100,000 senior subclass quotas of the Fund’s single class, comprising the 14th series of its 1st issuance, for a total amount of BRL 100 million.

The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure pursuant to CVM 160 and was directed exclusively to professional investors. The distribution was subject to a firm commitment underwriting arrangement provided by the lead underwriter. The transaction involved the registration of the offering with B3, CVM, and ANBIMA.

The Fund’s 14th series issuance reflects the programmatic structure of the vehicle and the market’s established confidence in the quality of the diversified receivables comprising its portfolio.
