WFaria adds Ivani Contini Bramante as of counsel
WFaria Advogados announced the arrival of attorney and retired appellate judge Ivani Contini Bramante (pictured). She joins the firm in the role of of counsel, focusing on Labor Law and Collective Labor Law.
Bramante brings over three decades of judicial experience, having served 33 years as an appellate judge at the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region (TRT 2). Prior to that, she worked at the Labor Public Ministry. She holds a post-doctorate from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a master’s and doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is also a specialist in Comparative Collective Relations from the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Turin, Italy, where she presented the thesis “Obstacles to full trade union freedom in Brazil,” which is held in the ILO’s Centre for Studies and Documentation library.
At WFaria Advogados, Bramante‘s work will be strategic in nature, supporting corporate planning on the advisory side and handling complex proceedings involving binding precedents and collective rights, with a particular focus on the Superior Labor Court (TST).
