Veirano advises Polymed on MedyNeo acquisition

Veirano Advogados advised Polymed Brazil on the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in MedyNeo Comércio de Produtos para Saúde, a pre-operational company holding the applicable regulatory licenses for the commercialization of medical devices in Brazil. The sellers were Ulysses Tadeu Lopes Fabro and João Carlos Nardo. The deal value was not disclosed.

Veirano Advogados provided Polymed with a limited-scope legal due diligence of the target company and advised on the negotiation of the transaction documents. Financial advice to Polymed was provided by GM Venture, with Graziano Messana leading the advisory team.
