Lefosse and Dias Carneiro advises on Marisa BRL387m notes

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Banco BTG Pactual on the private issuance of the 27th series of book-entry commercial notes by Marisa Lojas, which was advised by Lefosse, totalling BRL387.1 million.

The transaction was structured with real guarantees through the fiduciary assignment of certain credit rights arising from proceedings against the Federal Government, supplemented by additional personal guarantees. The proceeds will be used for debt restructuring, liability management, and working capital reinforcement.
