Santos Neto Advogados advises Fiagro Agro Amazônia

Santos Neto Advogados advised Agro Amazônia Produtos Agropecuários on the structuring of Fiagro Agro Amazônia, a fund dedicated to agribusiness production chains, and on the issuance and public offering of the fund’s senior quotas and Class B mezzanine subordinated quotas, as well as the private placement of the Class A mezzanine subordinated quotas and junior subordinated quotas of the fund’s first issuance.

The public offering of the senior quotas and Class B mezzanine subordinated quotas was carried out under CVM 160, following the automatic registration procedure, with Banco Votorantim acting as the coordinating institution. The total amount of the issuance reached BRL 200 million.
