ACU assists in Agrourbana $6m financing round
ACU Abogados has assisted the investors in closing a USD $6 million financing round of Agrourbana to expand its vertical lettuce plantations.
The pre-series B raise was led by ALB Investments, family office of sisters Anita and Loreto Briones, which was also joined by Bolsa president Juan Andrés Camus, Amarena, Maximiliano Ibáñez (Córpora) and underwritten by previous investors.
The firm Echeverría Ilharreborde Scagliotti also participated in the transaction, with a team led by partner Pedro Echeverría Faz and senior associate Ricardo Celedón Otero.
ACU Abogados’ team included partner Pablo Undurraga Ochagavía (pictured) and associate Francisca Urrutia.
