accumulating more than a decade of experience in high-profile cases and assisting

Thúlio stands out for his academic background, with a master’s degree in Procedural Law
from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and a specialization
in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra. He is also the
author of the book “Entre o Incentivo e a Coerção nos Acordos Penais: a Necessidade de
Estruturação de Critérios de Voluntariedade”, published by Marcial Pons.
João Pedro brings a multidisciplinary perspective, with specializations in Criminal Law
from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and in Compliance from the University
of Coimbra. He also has a post-graduate degree in Business Management from Fundação
Dom Cabral (FDC), which helps to improve his executive training and broadens his vision
of corporate business.
