All.t Partners advises on due diligence for São Paulo Arena Project
All.t Partners, advised French multinational GL events—current manager of the Anhembi District—on the due diligence process for investments in the São Paulo Arena construction project, developed in partnership with Revee, a company specializing in entertainment space management.
The due diligence aimed to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with the project’s financial regulations, with an estimated investment of R$ 350 million (approximately USD 60 million) .
The São Paulo Arena project, scheduled for completion in 2026, will have a capacity of 20,000 people and host sports, cultural, and festival events. GL events, which currently manages the Anhembi District’s cultural and commercial complex under concession from São Paulo Turismo, will co-manage the new venue with Revee.
