Allende & Ferrante promotes Emilio Fontana as partner

Argentinian law firm Allende & Ferrante has promoted associate Emilio Fontana to the position of partner.

Emilio Fontana Allende & FerranteFontana’s practice areas are arbitration and civil and commercial litigation, succession and family estate reorganisation, insolvency and restructuring of corporate liabilities, as well as bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings.



He is an active member of various teams of lawyers providing pro bono advice to local NGOs.

Fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, Fontana (pictured) has been with the Buenos Aires-based firm since its beginnings, and graduated in law from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (1995). 



He has also taken postgraduate courses in corporate law at the Universidad Católica Argentina and in transport law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
