ARAQUEREYNA promotes Federica Mena Latuff to partner

Venezuelan law firm ARAQUEREYNA has announced the appointment of Federica Mena Latuff (pictured) as a new partner of the firm.

“Without a doubt, I will give my best to reciprocate and to represent and inspire, not only other Venezuelan women, but also younger generations of lawyers”, commented the new partner.

Federica has been part of the firm for 6 years, where she has developed her practice mainly in Commercial Law and Real Estate Law. In recent years, she has focused on the International Sanctions Regime imposed on Venezuela, which has allowed her to assist national and international clients in this area.

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, she is mainly dedicated to real estate matters, related to the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial, hotel, hospital and residential real estate; and to assist in cases of mergers and acquisitions of international companies, company restructurings, incorporation of companies, drafting of contracts. She has recently completed studies in the areas of Management and Corporate Finance.

Federica is also the driving force behind the legal initiative for entrepreneurs in Venezuela, ARAQUEREYNAWithU. This project offers advice and accompaniment in the process of legal formalisation of new ventures; all this at special rates for emerging entrepreneurs.
