Bruchou and TCA advise on Class L Notes issue by Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia, and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Class L Notes for a nominal amount of AR $7,439,994,886, issued under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Class L Notes were authorized for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Open Electronic Market (MAE).
Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) and Banco Itaú Argentina acted as underwriters.
Mariano Juarez Goñi, Florencia Fridman and Anabela Mengoni acted as in-house counsels to Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia.
