Arias counsels Hoshizaki on Fogel share acquisition
Arias Law has counselled Hoshizaki on the strategic alliance with Fogel through the acquisition of shares in Fogel Company Inc.
This transaction marks the beginning of Hoshizaki’s business growth strategy in Central America, as it represents its first investment in the region, facilitating strategic entry into several markets with high growth potential.
As the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial equipment for the food and beverage service industry, Hoshizaki aims to increase its presence in the refrigeration market in the Americas, with a special focus on the Latin American market.
