Arias counsels on sale of Seguros del Pacífico shares
Arias Law, through its team in El Salvador, has counselled Corporación TS in the sale of 100% of the shares of the company Seguros del Pacífico to Grupo Atlántida.
The advice involved accompanying the seller in the formalisation of the sale and purchase agreement, in the process of obtaining regulatory authorisations and the closing of the transaction, which is of great value for Grupo Atlántida as it allows it to expand its portfolio of financial services in El Salvador.
Seguros del Pacífico is a company with an extensive track record in the insurance and surety business.
