Arias counsels on the acquisition of FINCA Honduras

Arias Law, through its team in Honduras, has counselled on the sale of the shareholding of Financiera Finca Honduras (FINCA Honduras).

The advice involved preparing the necessary corporate documentation, obtaining the required authorisations before the Honduran authorities, including the banking regulator and the Commission for the Defence and Promotion of Competition, as well as the preparation of the corporate aspects through to the review of the transactional documents, regulatory approvals and the flawless execution of the transaction.
