ARIFA acts in sale of shareholding of La Hipotecaria

Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has acted as counsel to La Hipotecaria (Holding), holding company of Banco La Hipotecaria, in the negotiation and execution of a share purchase agreement for the sale of its 100% stake to Inversiones Cuscatlán Centroamérica, a regional leader in the banking and insurance sectors.

ARIFA’s team included lead partner Andrés Rubinoff (pictured left), with assistance from partner Javier Yap Endara (pictured right), and key contributions from senior associate Daniela Delvalle, and associate Nicolás A. Ramos.
