ARIFA advises BLADEX on registration of revolving bond programme

Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (BLADEX) on the registration of its inaugural revolving bond programme in the Republic of Panama which allows for the issuance of up to US$300 million in multi-currency, multi-rate bonds.

This issuance represents the largest bond programme on record in the Republic of Panama so far in 2023.
