JDF represents Luksic family in Grupo Patio acquisition

Jara del Favero has represented Gabriela Luksic’s Family Office in the acquisition of 5.22% of Grupo Patio.

This transaction comes as a consequence of the company’s capital increase in which Paola Luksic’s Family Office increased its stake from 11% to 16.66% of Grupo Patio’s shares.

Following the transaction, the change in ownership was achieved, in addition to the capital increase, through the acquisition of a shareholding package from secondaries. All in all, the transaction amounted to US $78 million.

The transaction is aimed at strengthening Grupo Patio’s Real Estate Asset Manager model, as well as financing its growth plan in Chile and potentially opening an office in Spain.
