Cuatrecasas counsels on the sale of Data Center Zetta

Cuatrecasas, through its office in Colombia, has advised the TC Latam Private Equity Fund and Desarrolladora de Zonas Francasas on the sale of the Data Center Zetta.

This transaction includes the sale of 100% of the shares of Zetta Complex Operation, the company that operates the Data Center, and 100% of the fiduciary rights to the property adjoining the Data Center Zetta, whose facilities are located in the Bogotá free trade zone and has a built-up area of approximately 5,000 sq m.
