Azevedo Sette and Monteiro Rusu in issuance of Evolua Green CRI
Azevedo Sette Advogados and Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted in the 97th issue of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of True Securitizadora, in the total amount of R$ 102 million, backed by real estate credits assigned by Evolua Energia Operacional 2 SPE.
The funds will be used for the construction of five photovoltaic plants in Brazil.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476 by Banco Modal, as the sole bookrunner.
Azevedo Sette acted as legal advisor to Evolua Energia Operacional 2 SPE and counted with the partner Luis Ricardo Miraglia (pictured left) and the lawyers Deborah Avelar Freitas and Carolina Alves Dias de Souza, besides the intern Vitória Miranda.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as legal advisor to Banco Modal and included partners Allan Bercht (pictured center) and Marina Fenerich (pictured right), associate Pamela Custodio and intern Antonio Fernandes Gonçalves.
