VBSO Advogados ends the year with new headquarters in Rio

Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki & Oioli Advogados has announced the opening of its new headquarters in the city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The firm, which has been in operation for 13 years, is currently based in the São Paulo capital and already has offices in the cities of Vinhedo (SP) and Goiânia (GO).

According to one of the founding partners and coordinator of the new branch, Erik Oioli (pictured), the intention is to further expand VBSO’s operations in Rio. The new headquarters will focus on the areas of Financial and Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Tax, Agribusiness and Dispute Resolution, with a greater emphasis on serving assets and large companies.

The branch office is located in the Bossa Nova Mall building, at Alameda Silvio de Noronha Avenue 365 – Downtown. The team already has four lawyers working locally in the capital markets team, among whom is Thaís Gurjão Rodrigues, who will also coordinate the Rio office.
