Basham guides ExxonMobil´s expansion in Mexico

ExxonMobil has returned to regular counsel Basham for new expansion plans in Mexico. 

The energy multinational recently announced a plan of investments for approximately $300 million during the next 10 years and opening of 50 service stations in 2018 where its own fuel products brought from United States will be sold.

Basham, Ringe & Correa has regularly advised ExxonMobil on its commercial and legal strategy for the development and implementation of its downstream and midstream activities in Mexico, including logistics, transport and regulatory matters, as well as IP rights protection issues.

Partners Juan Carlos Serra and Adolfo Athie lead the Basham team advising ExxonMobil.
