Basilio Advogados adds two new partners

Basilio Advogados has appointed two new partners, Eduardo Lima and Luis Henrique Lopes, expanding the firm’s infrastructure practice. Together, the two lawyers bring more than 50 years of combined legal experience gained at companies in the infrastructure, energy and sanitation sectors.

Eduardo Lima will work in the infrastructure area, focusing on transportation and concessions. His career includes roles at Rio de Janeiro’s Metrô, the company operating Guarulhos International Airport, and Invepar, where he served as general counsel for nearly a decade.

Luis Henrique Lopes specializes in infrastructure matters within the energy and sanitation segments. He held legal leadership positions at Light, where he served as legal superintendent for 12 years, and at Cedae, within the Legal Advisory Office of the Presidency.
