BBRR Advogados opens in SP
BBRR Advogados was opened in São Paulo, a firm dedicated to civil and corporate advisory and litigation, with a focus on Insurance and Reinsurance, Dispute Prevention and Resolution, Real Estate and Credit Recovery. Formed by partners Luiza Bartolo, Marina Buchalla, Beatriz Reis and Leonir Rodrigues (pictured from left to right), the firm was born with the motto “integrity and technical expertise to make a difference”.
Together, the four partners bring solid and comprehensive experience, which guarantees the development of efficient, assertive and personalized work.
Luiza Bartolo is a specialist in the insurance sector and has practiced law at several renowned Brazilian law firms, as well as being secretary of the Insurance and Reinsurance Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP). She has extensive experience in adjusting claims and advising clients in the pre-litigation phase, as well as in complex legal and arbitration disputes, especially in the insurance sector and in matters involving civil and business contracts and credit recovery.
Marina Buchalla has also been a specialist in the insurance sector for more than ten years, focusing on insurance consultancy and litigation, advising national and international clients on highly complex claims settlements and legal disputes.
The team is completed by partner Beatriz Reis and partner Leonir Rodrigues. Beatriz focuses on civil dispute resolution, credit recovery, special situations, insurance, consultancy and real estate litigation. Leonir has experience in advisory and resolving highly complex disputes, working in the areas of insurance law, banking, credit recovery operations and project finance.
