B&E assists Asset Rentas Residenciales in Series B bond placement
Barros & Errázuriz has assisted Fondo de Inversión Asset Rentas Residenciales, a subsidiary managed by Asset Administradora General de Fondos, in the placement of Series B Bonds, maturing on 25 April 2027, for an amount of UF 1,950,000 (approximately USD 77.8 million).
This issue was made on 3 June 2022, with a charge to the dematerialised bond facility with a maximum maturity of 10 years, whose registration in the Securities Register of the Financial Market Commission was made on 30 June 2021, under No. 1,083.
Scotiabank acted as placement agent in the transaction.
