B&E assists BTG Pactual in the sale of Strip Centers
Barros & Errázuriz has assisted BTG Pactual Chile in the sale of three Strip Centers for commercial rental, located in the districts of Vitacura, Las Condes and Lo Barnechea, and the assignment of the current leases of the commercial premises of each of the Strip Centers.
The contracts were signed on 26 November 2024 and 2 December 2024. The registrations were recorded in the Santiago Land Registry at the end of December 2024.
The sites were sold for the following amounts:
- Vitacura – USD 6,585,805.88 (CL$ 6,438,678,986)
- Las Condes – USD 3,446,112.56 (CL$3,366,472,906)
- Lo Barnechea – USD 2,652,717.62 (CL$2,591,413,318)
The advisory services involved the preparation of the documents for the title search of the shopping centres, the preparation of the preparatory contracts, as well as the negotiation and preparation of the documents relating to the closing of the transaction.
