TCA represents Agro de Souza in new issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Agro de Souza, as issuer, and Banco Supervielle, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of the Series II Class 2 Notes.
The Notes were issued on 17 December 2024, with a nominal value of $1,000,000,000,000, denominated and payable in Pesos, bearing interest at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 7.5%, maturing on 17 December 2026.
In addition, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle as a guarantee entity authorised by the National Securities Commission.
Agro de Souza is a company that diversifies its productive activity in three main business units, which are: (i) the sale of new and used agricultural machinery, (ii) the exploitation of agricultural production and (iii) the generation of bioenergy through renewable sources.
