B&E represents Asset in new bond placement

Barros & Errázuriz has represented Asset Administradora General de Fondos for its Investment Fund Asset Rentas Residenciales, in the placement of Series C Bonds.

The Series C Bonds under the dematerialised bond line registered in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission under number 1.083, were issued on May 17th for an amount of 1.000.000 Unidades de Fomento (USD $41.084.934).

B&E’s team was led by partner Luis Alberto Letelier (pictured), with the support of Pedro Pablo Cruz, Martín Mujica and Valentina Montecino.
