B&E represents Independencia in bond redemption
Barros & Errázuriz has represented Independencia Administradora General de Fondos in the voluntary redemption option process of the Series F bonds of Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias.
This operation began on May 17, where the Series F bond line was registered in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission under No. 828, in accordance with the provisions of article 130 of the Securities Market Law, for a total amount of 1,200,000 Unidades de Fomento for a nominal value of 1,200,000 Unidades de Fomento.
The redemption option was accepted in the amount of 841,000 Unidades de Fomento (approximately USD $34,864,186.21) and the actual redemption took place on 24 May.
