B&E represents Moneda GSI in photovoltaic projects financing
Barros & Errázuriz has represented Moneda GSI Rentas Energías Renovales I Fondo de Inversión in the granting of financing to the companies Generadora Norte and Inversiones Brakers Limitada, sole shareholders of Avenir Solar Energy Chile, being Avenir the owner of real estate located in the Atacama region, on which there are long-term usufruct contracts for the development of photovoltaic projects.
The advice involved the structuring and negotiation of a financing agreement and the usual guarantees for this type of transaction, including pledges on Avenir shares, mortgages on the aforementioned properties, collection mandates and conditional assignments of the aforementioned usufruct contracts.
