B&E represents Quintero Energía in the sale and purchase with AES Andes
Barros & Errázuriz has represented Quintero Energía in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the sale and purchase of 100% of the shares of the companies Empresa Eléctrica Ventanas and Núcleo, owned by AES Andes.
The companies own and operate, respectively, the Ventanas thermoelectric power generation complex located in Puchuncaví, Valparaíso Region, which has an installed capacity of up to 540 MW.
This transaction was completed on 11 December 2024, with Claro & Cía. acting as advisor to AES Andes.
