Bicalho ADV announces new partner for reinforce its practices
Bicalho ADV announced the arrival of its new partner, Allan Crocci de Souza (pictured), an important reinforcement to boost the Capital Markets and Banking practice.
Allan’s arrival reinforces Bicalho ADV’s mission of offering legal services in areas that are synergistic with the Real Estate practice. With the support of the Capital Market and Banking area, clients will be able to structure transactions involving fund raising and financing for their projects, with the firm acting as a “one stop shop” with its excellence in all phases of the process.
The firm will be able to offer legal solutions for all demands related to a given project; from the real estate acquisition (due diligence, negotiation and formalization of the acquisition), to urban and environmental issues, real estate registration, to the equity fundraising (through the creation of investment fund structures and/or partnerships) and/or debt fundraising (including issuance of debentures, commercial papers and real estate receivables certificates), as well as the subsequent stages inherent to increasingly complex real estate deals.
Allan Crocci de Souza has vast experience in law firms of all sizes, always working in the Capital Market and Banking practices. He has participated in the structuring of large public offerings of securities and investment funds of various types, as well as other projects of high strategic relevance for clients.
