Several firms advises on the sale of Aesop to L’Oreal

Trench Rossi, Mattos Filho, Pinheiro Neto and Davis Polk advised Natura on the sale of the Aesop brand, which has been part of its portfolio for 10 years, to L’Oreal, wich was advised by Lefosse and Latham & Watkins.

The deal, valued at US$ 2.52 billion, is still subject to regulatory approvals and should be concluded in the third quarter of 2023, but already represents the largest acquisition made by L’Oreal.
