Bomchil and Cibils Labougle Ibañez act in purchase of Ilolay by Savencia
Bomchil acted as advisor to Savencia Fromage & Dairy International (Savencia) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sucesores de Alfredo Williner (advised by Cibils Labougle Ibañez), a dairy company, owner of the Ilolay brand.
The Rafaela-based company has more than 1240 employees and three industrial plants in the province of Santa Fe.
Cecilia Martina assisted the company and the sales staff with personal issues.
Cibils Labougle Ibañez’s team included partners Joaquín Ibañez and Joaquín Labougle, and associate Pamela Peralta Ramos.
Bomchil’s team consisted of partner Máximo José Bomchil (pictured), of counsel Néstor José Belgrano, and associates Lucila Primogerio and Valentina Giarrocco.
