Bichara advises A2FBR on fixed odds betting in Brazil

Bichara Advogados advised A2FBR in securing authorization to operate the fixed-odds lottery (betting) in Brazil, working on the company’s corporate structuring in the country and providing full support in complying with regulatory procedures with the Ministry of Finance.

A2FBR is part of the select group of fourteen companies that have obtained definitive authorization to operate and will be responsible for six betting sites in Brazil: bolsadeaposta.bet.br; fulltbet.bet.br; betbra.bet.br; pinnacle.bet.br; matchbook.bet.br; and betespecial.bet.br.

Bichara relied on partners Luciana Campos Maciel (pictured), Débora Silva Sena, and Larissa Pereira Silveira in the Infrastructure area, while Breno Carvalho Ganem, Vitor Macabu Oliveira and Pedro Augusto de Souza Pires were responsible for the Corporate area.
