Stocche Forbes and Pinheiro Neto advises on various Energisa issues
Stocche Forbes advised Energisa and Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Banco Bradesco BBI on various Energisa issues, included the 6th issuance of simple debentures by Energisa Acre – Distribuidora de Energia, totalling BRL 140 million.
The 22nd and 25th issuance of simple debentures by Energisa Mato Grosso do Sul – Distribuidora de Energia, totalling BRL 1,180.000,00 and BRL 190 million respectively.
The 12th issuance of simple debentures by Energisa Rondônia – Distribuidora de Energia, totalling BRL 400 million;
The 18th issuance of simple debentures by Energisa Minas Rio – Distribuidora de Energia in the total amount of BRL 190 million.
All the issuances were in accordance with CVM 160.
