Bichara advises Flora Produtos on the issuance of CRAs
Bichara Advogados advised Flora Produtos de Higiene e Limpeza in the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs), which constituted the 71st issuance by True Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness receivables owed by the company. This transaction was carried out in accordance with CVM 160 and had a total value of BRL 100 million.
