TCA counsels on new Tierra del Fuego issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled on the issuance of the Treasury Bills Series VI Classes 1 and 2 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, maturing on November 1, 2023 and December 1, 2023, respectively, for a total amount of AR$1,400,000,000,000.
The issuance was made on October 5th, under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$8,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Treasury Bills Series VI were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter; while Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as co-placement agents.
