GP represents Citibank in $6m financing to Sempli
Gómez-Pinzón represented Citibank Colombia in the financing granted to Sempli for an amount in Colombian pesos equivalent to USD $6,000,000.
This transaction was part of the Scaling Enterprise programme, supported by the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and the Ford Foundation, with the aim of promoting companies with high social impact.
Sempli is a Fintech dedicated to providing financing to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Colombia, which will allocate 40% of the credit to support women-led businesses in the country.
