Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Emnify on the acquisition of Cinco Telecom, a subsidiary of the J. Safra Group.
Emnify, a prominent German telecommunications company and global provider of IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity, is now an authorized MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in Brazil and is positioned to expand its commercial and operational presence in the country.
EMnify’s goal is to help technology companies incorporate M2M/IoT connectivity into any device, managing it seamlessly through a cloud-based solution, accessible from anywhere and on a large scale.
