Bichara assists Granja Faria in the acquisition of Katayama
Bichara Advogados assisted Granja Faria in the acquisition of Katayama Alimentos.
The transaction value was not disclosed and its closing is subject to compliance with certain conditions, including approval by CADE.
The company disclosed that the objective of the acquisition is to advance Granja Faria’s growth strategy through consolidation. The company plans significant investments in expanding and improving Katayama’s operations in order to reinforce its commitment to creating value for its shareholders, customers and society.
