BLC and TCA assist in first issue of Rowing Notes
BLC Legal has assisted Rowing and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados the arrangers, underwriters and guarantors, in the issuance of its Series I Notes.
The Notes were denominated and payable in pesos, maturing on 30 July 2025, for a total amount of $9,300,000,000,000, issued at a variable rate composed of the Private BADLAR rate plus a cut-off margin of 3.90%.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Supervielle and Banco BBVA Argentina acted as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors; while Allaria acted as arranger and underwriter; PP Inversiones and Alfy Inversiones as underwriters; and Argenpymes as guarantor.
Rowing is a company specialised in works and in the provision of maintenance and other services in electricity, telecommunications, gas, water and sewage infrastructure networks for public and/or private clients. In addition, Rowing provides services to city infrastructures, such as: work and maintenance of traffic light and lighting systems, maintenance of drains and their trunk networks, water mirrors and their banks.
