BMA act on the transaction between Unimed NI and Basílica Fundo
BMA advised Basílica Partners UNI FII – Fundo de Investimento imobiliário – Responsabilidade Limitada (Basílica Fundo) on the sale and lease back transaction between Unimed Nova Iguaçu Cooperativa de Trabalho Médico (Unimed NI), one of its subsidiaries, as seller and subsequent lessee, and Basílica Fundo, as buyer and subsequent lessor.
Through the operation, Unimed NI sold Basílica Fundo the property with its accesses corresponding to a newly built hospital complex, for a total amount of BRL 137,496,226.95, against the obligation of Basílica Fundo to lease said property and hospital complex back to Unimed NI.
