BMA advise Core Metropolis on the public offering
BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão provided legal advice, as deal counsel, in the public offering, carried out with restricted placement efforts under the terms of CVM 476, of the second issue of the Core Metropolis Real Estate Investment Fund (CORE11).
The fund is managed by Core Real Estate Gestão de Investimentos and administered by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros (which also acted as the sole coordinator of the offering).
