BMA advises coordinators on issuance of BRF
BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão advised Banco BTG Pactual (lead underwriter), Banco Safra, Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Santander (Brasil), Ubs Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI and Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on a public offering with restricted efforts of the 1st and 2nd series of the 78th issue of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) by Vert Companhia Securitizadora, based on CVM Instruction 476, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by BRF.
The total amount was R$ 1,7 billion,
