Machado Meyer act in issuance of Rio Energy
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco BTG Pactual, Banco Itaú BBA as arrangers on 1st issue of commercial notes, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, according to the CVM Resolution 476, of Rio Energy Participações.
The total amount was BRL 400 Milion.
Machado Meyer relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono and lawyers Andre Moretti De Gois and Marianna Torello Palladino.
Vieira Rezende Advogados was also involved at this deal.
