BMA advises on a donation of common shares issued by Arezzo
BMA Advogados advised on the structuring of a donation by Anderson Lemos Birman of common shares issued by Arezzo Indústria e Comércio to their heirs and in the execution of the shareholders’ agreement of Arezzo Indústria e Comércio.
