BMA advises on Suno Agro Fiagro share offering

BMA acted as deal counsel in the public offering of shares of the 5th issuance of Suno Agro Fiagro – Imobiliário, a real estate investment fund traded on B3 under the ticker SNAG11 with more than 130,000 quotaholders. The transaction raised approximately R$ 618,944,197.07 and targeted retail investors through a general public offering.

The fund is administered by QI Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, acting as fiduciary administrator, and managed by Suno Gestora de Recursos, as portfolio manager. QI Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários also served as lead underwriter in the offering.

The offering was subject to prior review by ANBIMA under the CVM-ANBIMA Cooperation Agreement and was registered with the CVM under the automatic registration procedure pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 160
