Bma and Machado Meyer advise on Itaú’s partnership with Falconi

BMA Advogados advised Falconi Participações and Falconi Capital in the partnership with Itau Asset Management in which, through the Rising Stars program, Falconi Capital will receive direct investment from the Itau Group, as well as investments in its private equity funds to be structured for the development of its investment thesis. Itaú was advised by Machado Meyer.

This is an innovative operation, with the creation of a new investment fund manager dedicated to the private equity segment, which relies on the expertise of Falconi, one of the leading management consulting firms in the country.
