Monteiro Rusu advise CSN on 12th debenture issuance
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advise on 12th debentures issuance of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) for public distribution was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, in the total amount of R$ 1,5 billion, under coordination of Caixa Econômica Federal, as sole bookrunner.
The net resources raised from the issuance shall be used to prepay the total outstanding amount related to banking credit certificates with Caixa Econômica Federal and for cash flow.
Monteiro Rusu advised CSN and relied on partners Roberto Pekelman Rusu (pictured left) and Marina Lipener Fenerich (pictured right), legal assistant Bernardo Boulhosa and legal interns Antonio Fernandes Gonçalves and Anna Pimentel.
