BMA and Tauil & Chequer advise on Petrorecôncavo’s issue

BMA advised Petrorecôncavo on its first issue of incentivized debentures (Law 12.431), for a total of R$1.1 billion. The funds obtained by Petrorecôncavo will be used exclusively for expenses related to the Projects. Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Itaú BBA, Safra, Santander, BTG Pactual and XP Investimentos.
